How a case runs
From your first message to recovery
Submit
Fill in the request form or message us on WhatsApp. You get a case reference straight away.
Verify
We confirm your identity, proof of ownership and police report before any tracing starts.
Trace
Our analysts run the trace and keep you updated on WhatsApp as leads come in.
Recover
Findings go to you and the investigating officer, and we support the handover or arrest.
We only work on lawful requests. Tracing starts after we confirm you own the property or are the person's family or legal guardian, and most cases need a police report. We do not track a person without their consent or a legal basis, and we decline requests made to stalk, harass or settle personal scores.

Tell us what happened
Choose a service and fill in what you know. Your request goes straight to our case desk by email, and an analyst contacts you to verify the details.
For stolen vehicles, stolen phones, IMEI tracking and missing persons, yes. It protects you and lets the police act on what we find. If you have not filed one yet, send your request anyway and we will tell you what to bring.
How do I find my phone's IMEI?
Dial *#06# on the phone, or check the sticker on the original box or your purchase receipt. It is a 15-digit number. If the phone is gone, the box is the easiest place to find it.
Can you track any number I give you?
No. We only work on numbers tied to a real case, such as fraud, threats or theft, and we release information through lawful channels. We refuse requests meant to locate someone who does not want to be found.
How will you contact me?
An analyst replies on WhatsApp or by phone using the number you give us, and by email for documents.
